1. WHAT IS A PUBLIC BETA?

A public BETA is a way for key stakeholders to test our service without invitation. CreatorSphere has conducted private testing before the public BETA and this is our opportunity to share our product with the public.

2. WHY IS A PUBLIC BETA DIFFERENT?

A public BETA is different because you may experience some bugs and changes over time as we add and test new features. This means that although we have tested our site, we don’t provide any guarantees.

3. KEY BETA LIMITATIONS

During the BETA there are some limitations to be aware of that will likely not apply when we release our full version, these limitations are:

  • A file limit upload of 1GB per upload

  • This does not include embedded content like YouTube/Vimeo

  • Support is not 24/7 and will respond within 12 hours of initial contact

  • Payouts will occur within 7 days of request and with authorization of the CCO/CEO

Additionally:

You may experience bugs, glitches, and UI changes. All billing functionality is provided by external partners (PayPal & Stripe) and although extensive testing has been completed, you use this at your own risk.

4. HOW YOU CAN HELP

During the beta, it would be great if you could provide active feedback to our team via the feedback button and support our development efforts.

5. WHAT YOU CAN’T POST DURING THE PUBLIC BETA

During the public BETA (due to contractual limitations with payment providers) you cannot post:

  • Adult or Erotic content

  • Weaponry: the use of, production of, or explanation of weaponry

As well as any content which violates our guidelines available at our CreatorSphere Guidelines.

6. SET FEES DURING BETA

During the Public BETA, we will be adjusting fees and introducing new features.

This will change as we introduce new features, and as part of this, all creators will have their upfront fee ($4.99 - $16.99) waived.

This means that every transaction (subscription/tips) are subject to the platform fee (5%) and the payment processor fee (for more info see What are the payment processor rates on CreatorSphere?)
